After-sales service disclaimer
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when sending the product to us for repair or service.
We may not be able to accept repairs if the product is damaged to the extent that it is extremely difficult to repair due to an accident or handling by the customer, or if materials such as stones are damaged or lost.
In addition, if deformation or distortion occurs, complete repair may not be possible depending on the condition.
Repairs and services do not guarantee the exact sameness of products before and after implementation.
We will not be responsible for wear and deformation that may normally occur due to implementation. During repair or service, if the product is damaged or lost due to our negligence other than normal wear and deformation, we will replace it with an equivalent product, or the purchase price of the product and the delivery paid by this service. We will refund the shipping fee.
The range of customers for whom we provide repairs and services is limited to those who live in Japan.
In addition, we will also limit the return of products from our company to within Japan. Products that have undergone processing such as repair cannot be returned or exchanged.
About cooling-off
Cooling-off is a system applied to door-to-door sales. Please note that the cooling-off system does not apply to the sale of products on this site as it is a mail-order sale that is accessed by customers.
Sales certificate and appraisal
All purchases come with a Bijonirs "Certificate of Sale". This is a guarantee that the item is sold by Bijonirs. Please note that if you do not bring the sales certificate, you may not be able to receive the repair.
