デザイン決定後にお客様のジュエリーが弊社に届いてから、通常 1〜1.5か月ほどで完成・発送となります。お急ぎの場合は事前にご相談ください。

はい。全国からご依頼いただけます。LINEでやり取りを行い、配送での対応が可能です。

大変恐れ入りますが、万が一作業中に石が割れてしまった場合、お石代金の補償はいたしかねます。

枠から外した際に石が割れてしまった場合、一部を除くルースについてはオーダー代金を全額ご返金いたします。ただし、ジュエリーの状態でお渡しする場合には、いかなる場合もご返金はできかねます。
また、石割れのリスクが高い宝石についてはご返金対象外となるため、事前にその旨をお伝えしたうえで、グルーでのセッティングをおすすめしております。

We do not accept exchanges for ordered products unless they are defective.
