What kind of payment method?

I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email

I would like to change the items I ordered.

We do not accept exchanges for ordered products unless they are defective.
Please cancel or return the item once and place the order again.

How many days will it take after ordering?

If the item is in stock, we will start preparing for shipment as soon as the credit card payment is completed. We usually ship within 1-8 days after payment is confirmed.

If we don't have it in stock, we will usually ship it in about 1-2 months after your order.
